MyCHS is your online connection to all your CHS account information. Use this tool in a web browser or in app format to manage your business with CHS. 

Capabilities within MyCHS: 

  • Pay your bill online 
  • Easily track invoices and payments
  • View and manage your grain offers in one place
  • Check remaining amounts on open contracts and bookings

Using the app: the MyCHS app provides full contract visibility, shipment tracking and grain offer management. 

Using the full website: additional features are available when you use MyCHS in your internet browser. Use this format to track invoices or download grain summaries and reports. 

Choose the platform that best fits your needs, or move between the two as needed. Your login is the same for both.

Make and manage grain offers online with MyCHS

The grain trading feature within MyCHS allows you to monitor grain markets and sell when it's convenient for you. Adjust pricing, set contracts and more in the app or online. With the MyCHS app, you are able to:

FAQs

  • How do I sign up for cash bid and location update texts or emails within MyCHS?

    1. Login to your MyCHS account.
    2. Click the account icon the top right corner of the page.
    3. Click on Settings and within Communication Preferences, confirm your email phone number are correct.
      • You can then check both boxes to receive cash bid texts and emails.
      • Next, check the boxes for which locations you wish to receive texts and emails from.
    4. Review your information and submit.

  • How do I register for MyCHS from my smartphone or computer?

    1. Register online for MyCHS access.
    2. Complete the Contact Information page.
      • Enter your contact info and email address.
      • Setup your username (You cannot use your email address as your username.)
      • Set a password (Minimum 8 characters, maximum 20. Should consist of at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one digit. The password cannot contain your first name, last name or username.)
      • Set security question answers (These are used in case you forget your username or password.)
      • Click Next to proceed to the next page.
    3. Select your customer type on the Resources page.
      • Select MyCHS, Customer Type: Agricultural/Producer/Farmer/Landlord.
      • Click Next to procced to the review page.
    4. Review your information and submit.
      • Doublecheck your registration information.
      • Click the I Agree checkbox after reading the Terms of Use.
      • Use the Print button in the upper right to print your MyCHS details for your records.
      • Click Next to submit your registration.
    5. Check your email for the confirmation email.
      • Check your email for a message from chsregistration@chsinc.com.
      • Open the message for a link to confirm your registration.
      • Click the confirmation link inside for your MyCHS registration to be complete (You must open the email and click the link for your MyCHS Registration to be complete!)

  • How do I enroll for grain offers and E-sign?

    1. Login to your MyCHS account.
    2. Click the account icon in the top right corner of the page.
    3. Click on Settings, then select E-sign and Grain Offers.
      • The accounts associated with you will display.
      • Complete the brief enrollment process for each account to enable grain offers and contract e-signing.
    4. Select the account to enroll and confirm the authority to enroll the account. The Make grain offers and E-sign grain contracts selection boxes will display.
      • Select Make grain offers and E-sign grain contracts.
      • Click Next to proceed to the next step.
    5. Check the email associated with this account for the one-time verification code.
    6. Enter the 6-digit code which was sent to your email on file.
      • The code will expire after 10 minutes. Click on Resend Code to send a new code.
      • Enter the 6-digit code and click Next to proceed to the next step.
    7. You will be asked to read the CHS E-Sign & Grain Offer Enrollment & Consent Agreement. This begins the Agree and Sign steps.
      • Click Start on the left side of the screen and read the document.
      • When done reading click Continue.
    8. Type your signature.
      • Select Type, Draw, Image or Mobile to create your signature.
      • The example above shows Mobile.
      • Type your signature and click the Apply button.
    9. After you have added your signature use the Next button to complete the steps to agree and sign.
    10. You will see the You have completed the enrollment process screen.
      • Select Continue.
    11. Check your email for the confirmation email.

  • How do I sign up for cash bid and location update texts or emails if I don't use MyCHS?

    If you don't have a MyCHS account, we encourage you register for one by following this link, but you can still get subscribed to receiving cash bid texts and emails by completing this form.
