Grow your career with a CHS internship

You don’t need a background in the agriculture or energy industries to make an impact at CHS. Each year, more than 200 interns join CHS, supporting teams across the U.S. and around the world.

“Interns are an important part of our culture,” says Lauren Bucci, manager, talent acquisition. “It’s exciting to see the energy, diverse thinking and perspectives they bring.”

The intern program at CHS is designed to help interns develop in-demand skills, work on value-added projects and connect with company leaders. Throughout their 12 to 15 weeks at CHS, interns can choose to participate in programming to learn about the industry and operations at CHS, build career skills and network.

“We have opportunities no matter what your field of study is,” Bucci says. “If you don’t know about CHS and our work in agriculture and energy, we invite you to intern with us. You will learn about our industry and have opportunities to make an impact and grow your career.”
